Each of Two bedroom offer King beds with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with outdoor showers.

stylish kitchen and cozy living room to make you feel comfortable to stay, also swimming pool facing the view, when in dry season you can see the rice Field and the Ocean, we provide CCTV camera outside for extra security, also a maid for cleaning and assist you.

Guest access
The guests are given access to the full villa and the villa is totally private, Our assistance is available around the clock if required.

There is parking space for two cars and two scooter.

I visit North Bali (Buleleng) quite often and have stayed in many villas, but Bula Villas easily became my number one favorite. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip. The location is stunning, set on a peaceful hillside with beautiful views of both the hills and the beach. The hospitality from Yoga and his team was excellent; they were kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is impressive, with top-notch amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs in every room, a vinyl record player, BBQ area, and even a PlayStation. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make us feel at home. I’d happily recommend Bula Villas to anyone visiting Buleleng. Thank you again for a great stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Bula Villa over Christmas! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and restorative break away from the busy city. Ketut was lovely and very helpful. The view of the mountains was spectacular and if my friends were coming to Bali I would be encouraging to book here!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ketut empfangen. Sie ist wirklich die gute Seele des Hauses. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber . Alleine der Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht bei Sonnenuntergang ist beeindruckend. Ketut hat uns täglich ein tolles Frühstück zubereitet, und abends auch einmal für uns gekocht. Es war wirklich fantastisch. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren absolut überwältigt von dieser Wunderschönen Umgebung und Unterkunft. Wer Ruhe, Erholung und zu sich selber finden möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Wohlfühlfaktor wurden unseren Vorstellungen absolut gerecht. Die Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick aufs Meer waren ein Traum. Ketut hat uns mit Ihrer zauberhaften Art und Ihrem guten Service direkt ein Gefühl von Zuhause gegeben. Sie kocht wenn gewünscht mit frischen Zutaten vom lokalen Markt und sie kocht so gut, dass man es mit einem gehobenen Restaurant Besuch vergleichen kann. Die Ausstattung wurde sehr bedacht und liebevoll gewählt, würden immer wieder zurück kommen <3 Es gab einen Plattenspieler und Platten von Taylor Swift, Dirty Dancing, Elvis Presley und viele mehr. Absolut einzigartig. Die Inneneinrichtung war makellos und wer auf Details achtet, wird sehen, wieviel wert auf eine saubere Verarbeitung von Fliesen, Küchentheke, Pool, etc. geachtet wurde. Diese Villa sticht heraus.

Sehr schöne Villa, gute Ausstattung und ein super Ausblick auf die Reisfelder und das Meer. Es gibt einige gute Restaurant die auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar sind.

I was afraid to go to a place without reviews, but this was the best choice I made. The place is wonderfull, the stuff the same, Ketut prepared the best breakfast and she was very carefull and kind, security was all night guarding the place. The view.. no words, exceptional just. No neighbors, no noise. As I said to my friends ” this is paradise” and it was. I will come back 100%! This was heaven, the only regret it was that i stay not enough.

It was the best decision to choose this villa. Despite there were not a lot of reviews about this villa, we diceded to stay here and felt in love with this place. Amazing view, quite and relaxing place. It has all equipment for comfortable and long sta.
We spent here a month and enjoyed our time here. Ketut was very kind to us, hospitable and careful. She booked everything for us we asked, cooked tasty breakfast and kept villa clean. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we will be glad to come back one more time!

Alles in allem ist die Villa in Wirklichkeit sogar noch besser wie auf den Bildern… Ebenfalls ist die Hausdame Ketut wirklich super! Sie ist mega hilfsbereit und wirklich ein Engel! Nur der Verwalter ist etwas kompliziert und hält nicht ein was er verspricht. Wäre ich der Eigentümer würde ich über einen Wechsel der Agentur nachdenken. Vereinbarungen wurden nicht eingehalten. Gott sei Dank hatten wir nicht wirklich viel mit ihm zu tun! Und Ketut ist wirklich die beste! Ihr selbst gemachter Eistee ist ein Traum und sie hält die Villa mega in Ordnung!

Superbe Villa offrant une vue époustouflante sur les montagnes, l’océan et des champs de rizières. La maison est neuve, très bien entretenue, propre et offre tous les équipements pour un confort exceptionnel en plus d’une décoration choisie avec goût. Une hôte de maison est également à notre disposition ainsi qu’un agent de sécurité la nuit, et mention spéciale pour les petits scooter électriques mis à disposition pour se balader ! Le vrai luxe merci Yoga !

Alles war super! Die Villa ist neu, das Personal ist super freundlich und alles hat gepasst. Hier kann man beruhigt Urlaub machen, auch wenn die Unterkunft noch recht wenige Bewertungen hat (liegt daran, dass die Villa erst seit Ende diesen Sommers fertiggestellt wurde)

Wat een prachtige villa. Toen we aankwamen, werden we verrast door het mooie uitzicht. Heel comfortabel en luxueus ingericht. Alles was voorzien. Ketut, een zeer lieve vrouw, was altijd bereid om alles voor je te doen. Er was een chauffeur die altijd voor ons klaarstond en ‘s nachts was er een bewaker. De 2 badkamers hebben allebei een buitendouche. Zalige kingsize bedden, grote kamers. Ik kan dit verblijf alleen maar aanbevelen.

Le service du personnel 🥰 Les petits déjeuners préparés sur place C’est un peu isolé mais avec 2 charmants restaurants juste au bord de mer . Les vélos électriques mis à disposition! Nous avons essayé de rester un jour de plus mais la maison est réservée c’est notre seul regret !

De villa heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Alles aan deze villa is mooi. Vooral het zwembad met uitzicht over de velden en de zee. We hebben hier heerlijke dagen gehad.

Prachtige wn complete villa in een mooie stijl en met mooi uitzicht! Kutut is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze regelt alles voor. Ook de bewaker is heel vriendelijk. De electrische fietsjes is een leuke aanvulling. Hierdoor kan je even makkelijk een rondje door de omgeving doen. Eerder en later inchecken was in ons geval ook geen enkel probleem.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war wirklich großartig! Wir hatten eine wirklich erholsame und schöne Zeit dort. Ketut kam jeden Morgen und hat uns Frühstück gemacht. Sie war immer sehr hilfsbereit wenn man ein Anliegen hatte. Mit ihrem Mann haben wir unsere Ausflüge unternommen, was von ihm alles perfekt durchgeführt wurde. Die beiden sind wirklich so lieb und haben uns den Aufenthalt noch um einiges verschönert. Die Fahrräder haben wir auch einige Male benutzt um zum nächsten Restaurant zu fahren. Dies hat hervorragend geklappt und der Weg war nicht weit.

Wir hatten wundervolle 5 Nächte in der Bula Villa. Der Ausblick über den Pool auf das Reisfeld, Berge und Meer sind faszinerend. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Besonders der (Whirl-)Pool lädt abends dazu ein sich abzukühlen und die Stimmung zu genießen. Auch die Außendusche in den beiden Bädern haben wir sehr genossen. Für europäische Verhältnisse ist es anfangs ungewohnt, dass Ketut (Hauskeeperin/Köchin) im Haus anwesend ist, um das leckere Frühstück zuzubereiten und zu servieren oder auf Wunsch auch Abendessen zu kochen. Dies ist ein sonderbarer Service, der nicht beansprucht werden muss, wenn er nicht gewünscht wird. Wir haben diesen Service für unser Frühstück sehr gern angenommen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die in der Villa angebotenen Massagen. Dian und Indah haben uns mit der 90 Minuten balinesische Massage sehr verwöhnt. Wir hatten hier eine wunderbare Zeit!

Spotless clean villa with really big comfortable beds. Pool was large, just the right size. View was really pleasent in a super quiet area. Warung by the beach we liked a lot (maybe 15-20min walking). Ketut made good breakfast, the guardboy was nice and helpful, driver super cheerful, full of joy. Everybody genuinely fantastic people.

We searched for a perfect location in the north of Bali for quite a while and finally discovered this villa just a few days before our arrival. When we got there, we realized it was the exact paradise we had been looking for. We had specific criteria: seclusion, no neighbors, a mandatory sea view, and preferably an elevated perspective. My wife was particularly looking for a modern villa with contemporary interior and furniture. It was essential for her that there were no gaps in the doors, as she strongly dislikes bugs and spiders. This villa met all our criteria and earned our highest rating. In reality, the villa exceeded our expectations and was truly better than the photos. We are very, very grateful to Ketut. Unlike other places where multiple people worked, Ketut handled everything on her own. She has a great sense of taste, and she prepared truly delicious European dishes – a rarity in Bali. We are sincerely thankful to her as she became a special part of our stay at this villa.

Die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich – es gibt sogar einen Grill und man kann zu sehr fairen Preisen Wein & Co. direkt aus einem Kühlschrank kaufen. Am tollen Pool mit Jacuzzi kann man den Sonnenuntergang ungestört beobachten. Alles ist super sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Ketut und Team tun alles, um den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür! 🙏🏻

사진보다 훨씬 좋음 시설이나 가구들이 다 새 것 같았고 주방용품이나 바베큐까지 모든게 완비되어 있었습니다 숙소가 예뻐서 사진찍기도 좋고 수영장이 좋음. 청결 상태도 좋았습니다. 밤시간엔 경비도 있어서 안전하게 지낼 수 있었어요! 직원들이 너무 친절하고 조식이 맛있었어요! 다음에 오더라도 다시 묵을 의향 있음!!

Ketut Sri ontvangt je hartelijk bij aankomst, de bedden zijn prachtig opgemaakt met bloemen en sierlijk gevouwen handdoeken. In deze villa heb je alle privacy om te genieten van de luxe faciliteiten. De buitendouche is geweldig en de heerlijke doucheschuim die je kunt gebruiken. In de avond is er een bewaker aanwezig, overdag komt Ketut het ontbijt maken en vragen of er lunch of dinner wensen zijn, ze kookt verrukkelijk en is daarom ook aanbevolen! In de nacht hoor je een gekko en overdag zie je er de mooiste vogels in de tuin, het uitzicht over de rijstvelden en de zee is prachtig! Hier kom je echt tot rust en wordt je vorstelijk behandeld. Wij komen heel graag nog eens en dan wat langer terug om te genieten van deze villa. Bedankt Ketut voor al jouw liefdevolle zorgen, het maakt onze herinnering compleet!

“A hidden gem” Anam Tang is a small butique hotel with a cute “lobby-cafe”,located in the up and coming area of Kerobokan . Delicious foods, super comfortable room, friendly staff and supringly very affortable. highly recommended.

Cozy, private place with huge sofa bed and a jacuzzi in the front yard. We had a great time there, the place looked exactly like in the pictures. Our host was communicative and helpful. To my surprise there was even enough hot water for the jacuzzi, which is a huge plus in Bali. We gonna go back definitely.

The villa was superb. It was better than photos. As soon as we got there we wanted to extend our stay. Comes with a jacuzzi which was cool to see as many villas don’t have this amenity. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The living room space was my favourite as it had a comfy couch and came with a big tv. Overall would be happy to stay here long term or even short term. Well worth the price! 👍

we really enjoyed our stay at Kallos Villa and would definitely come back. it feels like home, peaceful, not too noisy, but close to everything. Yoga was also very responsive, and their staff who helped us during check in and check out were so lovely and super helpful🌸
